1. Services
We provide custom signage design and production services, including printing logos, text, and custom artwork on various materials.

2. Orders & Custom Designs
All custom orders require clear information from the customer, including text, color preferences, and any special requests. Logos or custom files must be sent to signmastercy@gmail.com in high-quality format. We are not responsible for errors in designs approved by the customer.

3. Pricing
Prices are provided based on the size, material, and complexity of the sign. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Full payment or deposit may be required before production.

4. Production & Delivery
Production time varies based on the order. We aim to meet agreed deadlines, but delays may occur due to high demand or material availability. We will inform customers of any delays. Delivery is available upon request and may include an extra fee.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. In case of defects or damage, please report within 24 hours of receiving the item.

6. Copyright & Design Rights
By sending us your logo or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use and reproduce the material. We are not responsible for any copyright issues related to designs provided by customers.

7. Privacy
Customer information is kept private and used only to fulfill orders and provide support. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
